THE MEMBERS OF TENTH ANNIVERSARY
THE STALLIONS GATHER FOR THEIR CELEBRATION.
The Stallions, Inc. celebrated the 10th Anniversary of their organization, the weekend of October 8th with some 125 leather/levi brothers from the Unicorns, Tower City Corps North Coast Knights, Excalibur, well as clubs from various parts of the country, with the participation of many business establishments of Cleveland's gay community.

The weekend started off with a gala cocktail party, given by Richard and Bill, at A Man's World.on Thurs day. Friday's registration along with a buffet were at the Leather Stallion Saloon followed by an afterhours cocktail party, hosted by the Gryphons, at Club Cleveland. Mary Norman and the staff at The Vaults supplied a brunch on Saturday at which the North Coast Knights served cocktails. Run games were held at Chaps. The games were quite interesting and very entertaining.
Members of The Stallions put on an extremely entertaining show titled
10 ACTION/NOV82
"The Other Side Of Broadway" at the Westpark Party Center, the site of the weekend's main banquet. Awards of appreciation were given to: A Man's world's, Bill and Richard; Jon Brittain of Richard Michael's Florists; Mary, from The Vaults; John, from Chaps; and Ray, from Club Cleveland. A special award of appreciation for their continued support for the Stallions was presented to Al and Pat of the Leather Stallion Saloon
Sunday brunch was at Chaps, where members of the Glass City Champions and the Tower City Corps served up the cocktails. After the brunch a series of awards were presented to all who helped make the weekend so successful.
The Stallions are now finalizing plans for their second annual "Toys for Tots" charity show, with all proceeds going to the United States Marine Corps' "Toys for Tots" campaign.

On October 29, 30 & 31 THE GLASS CITY CHAMPIONS of Toledo hosted the 5th annual "One For The Road" run, co-titled "In Golden Puddles" at the downtown Holiday Inn in Toledo.
With approximately 70 guests
this event was second to THE STALLIONS run in Ohio this year.
Gateway M.C. of St. Louis won best club participation, The Inn Men of Akron placed 2nd, & Spirt Of St. Louis took 3rd place.
In addition to the G.D.I.'s (god damn independents) the other clubs in attendance were Cossaks; Hellfire, and 0.R.R.0.C. all of Chicago; Excalibur and Stallions of Cleveland; Centurions of Columbus; Tribe of Detroit; Nimbus of Grand Rapids, Mich.; The New York-Ontario Leather Club; Blue Max of St. Louis; Spearhead of Toronto and The Youngstown Exiles.
We are all looking forward to the next years "One For The Road VII."
